Account, deletion, and export

StackFlow includes an in-app deletion flow and email-based privacy support so users do not need to guess where to send account requests.

In-app deletion path Go to Settings > About & Help > Delete Account inside the iOS app.

Deletion timeline We aim to complete deletion of account data within 30 days after a valid request, subject to limited backup, security, and legal retention.

Apple reauthentication If the account is linked to Sign in with Apple, Apple may require reauthentication before the deletion request completes.

Membership and billing

Subscription management Manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through the membership area in the app and your App Store settings.

Refunds Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Legal disclosures Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available in the app and on this website before and after purchase.
