Terms of Service

These terms govern the StackFlow app, website, support pages, and related services.

Service operator and acceptance

These terms are between the user and Hangdong Guo, the independent developer operating StackFlow. By downloading, accessing, or using StackFlow, the user agrees to these terms.

Service scope and medical boundary

StackFlow is a supplement routine planning, organization, and explanation product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Users remain responsible for health decisions and for reviewing supplement use with a qualified professional when appropriate.

Accounts and acceptable use

01
Accurate account information Provide current and accurate information when using sign-in, support, or billing-related flows.
02
Protect your login methods Do not share or misuse linked Apple or email sign-in methods, and keep your own device access secure.
03
No misuse Do not interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted systems, or use StackFlow in a way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

01
Billing Paid memberships are billed by Apple through the user’s App Store account.
02
Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
03
Management and refunds Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
04
Required legal links Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use remain accessible within the app and on the website.

AI and content disclaimer

AI-generated timing suggestions, explanations, and insights are informational outputs based on available data and rules. They may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace personal judgment or professional medical advice.

Availability, territories, and third-party services

StackFlow may be offered only in countries or regions where Apple makes the app available and where the service can be lawfully provided. Features may change, pause, or depend on third-party services such as Apple, Supabase, Google Gemini, Railway, Vercel, or Cloudflare.

Disclaimer and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular health outcome. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50 if greater, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protection and privacy rights in the user’s home jurisdiction, including rights that cannot be waived under EEA, UK, Swiss, or applicable U.S. consumer law, remain unaffected. Courts located in Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
